KENMORE.COM (HELP ME CHOOSE)
To demystify and support the appliance shopping experience, I developed the "Help Me Choose" guided shopping experience for the Kenmore.com redesign.
The goal of the experience was to walk customers through a step-by-step process in a friendly, accessible way providing contextual and supportive information for all of the key decisions. The key to success for this experience is explaining why questions are being asked and what the implications are for each of the customer's selections. Thus, as customers work through the experience they not only get a product that is right for them and their needs, but they are being educated on the important characteristics of the product.
